Make Money in SA (“we”, “us”, “the site”) operates this website at https://makemoneyinsa.co.za. We are based in South Africa and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, 2013).

What Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you visit this site:
- Anonymous usage data via Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregated page views and referrers. No cookies, no tracking across sites, no personal identifiers.
- Session storage — we use your browser's session storage to prevent double-counting article views during a single browsing session. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser.
- Article view counts — we store aggregate view totals (not per-user) in Cloudflare KV so we can display popularity on articles. No IP addresses or personal identifiers are stored.
- Google AdSense — if advertising is enabled, Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads. You can manage these at adssettings.google.com.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not have user accounts or require registration.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers unless you voluntarily email us.
- We do not sell data to third parties. Ever.
- We do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar cross-site tracking.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site uses minimal cookies. The only persistent cookies you may encounter are from Google AdSense (if enabled) for ad personalisation. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to protect against bots. You can block all cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site's functionality.
